Pelican Builders is one of the most futuristic real estate development and services groups in Pakistan.

Since 2015 the team of Pelican Builders has been part of the DHA support team developing DHA Bahawalpur, under the leadership of CEO Malik Zulfiqar Ahmed. The group exclusively offers luxury properties in DHA Bahawalpur, including Pelican Mall and Swiss International Hotels and Resorts, alongside Signature, Lifestyle, Premium and Spring villa communities.

What began as a development company now spans retail, hospitality, villa communities, contracting and facility management in Bahawalpur, technical services in Dubai, and education and automotive businesses, all run to a single standard: detail-driven developments that deliver lasting value.
